I recently concluded reading "Right Ho Jeeves" and it was a decent book that you could read while bored
There are plenty of sub-plots going through the novel
1. Bertie and Jeeves trying to help Gussie Fink-Nottle propose to Madeline Basset

2. Bertie and Jeeves having a row about the methods used by Jeeves to help Gussie
3. Bertie trying his best to not be the chief guest at the prize ceremony but he can't since the idea was proposed by his aunt Dahlia and if he doesn't comply then she would ban him from her house due to which he wouldn't be able to eat the beautiful food by Anatole who lived at aunt Dahlia house.
4. Bertie trying to help Tuppy and Angela end their fight since the fight could lead them to abandon their prospective marriage
5. Aunt Dahlia trying to make his husband give him money
6. Bertie failing at most if not all of these tasks which makes way for the entry of Jeeves who solves all the problem
So as you can see from above there are plenty of smaller plotlines going through the entire novel but PG Wodehouse does a great job at juggling between these different plot points until the first third of the novel.
The first third of the novel is very strong, PG does a great job at interestingly introducing the character and the conversations that these characters have is truly hilarious and the reason for that is because we only see 4-5 characters and hear about 3 characters due to which there's a lot less clutter which makes the story flow more smoothly
The second third is when I saw some problems with the novel, there are way too many characters and for me none of the plot points was interesting, and the reason for me is that there was less dialogue and more about Bertie bragging about his family legacy, ethics and knowledge and there was a lot of recounting about past events which do not really contribute to the story thread but the events aren't really funny themselves which makes the second third feel really slow and I had a pretty hard time completing it
A third of the story is when the novel starts picking up both story and pace-wise which makes for a really enjoyable read and the ending is funny enough to leave a good taste in my mouth

The main highlight of the novel is the conversations between :
1. Bertie and Jeeves
2. Bertie and aunt Dahlia
whenever there are any of the above two characters it's a blast and truly hilarious
and whenever there is the mention of Anatole it leads to funny interactions
If there were about 20-ish pages less then this novel would have been great...but as it stands, it's just okay
