The world knows that Satyajit Ray is one of the best directors this movie industry has ever put, but what many people wouldn't know is the fact that he was a great writer and one of his best selling books were of the adventures of Pradosh C. Mitter fondly known as Feluda. There are some similarities between Sherlock Holmes and Feluda, like they both have a trusty side-kick with themselves, Sherlock has Watson and Felda has Tapesh(fondly known as Topshe, though we always see our characters addressed as Feluda and Topshe).
